Who Are We?

We’re Gagan and Kiran! We’re a husband and wife team that began Kulfi out of a bike cart in 2019. Since then, the support of our community has helped us grow to two brick and mortars in NE Portland!

Our Mission

Create quality desserts we’re proud to serve you! As first-generation South Asians, we grew up in a blend of cultures that now inspire our menu. While some of our flavors are traditional kulfi flavors, others are simply nostalgic creations made from childhood memories.

But Kulfi isn’t just about dessert for us. Whether it’s a free birthday kulfi, a school fundraiser, or collaborating with other small businesses, we strive to create meaningful connections within our community.
